Mode of Payment: DBS/POSB ibanking/DBS/POSB ATM transfer/Interbanking
If an item is pending, you would be put on the waiting list and informed via email if there are restocks/backorders, or if any of the deals fall through.
Payment
We accept POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC bank transfers. These transfers can be made through ibanking or an ATM.
We regret to inform that we neither do meet-ups nor accept concealed cash. If you do not have a back account, you are welcomed to make a cash deposit into our account at any POSB/DBS banks or at POSB/DBS cash deposit machines instead.
Postage Charges
Normal postage depends on the weight of the parcel and ranges from $1 to $3.35. Registered articles require an additional fee of $2.24 on top of normal postage. Postage charges would be quoted and included in the invoice’s final amount.
Registering an article makes your parcel traceable with the reference number provided. Since SingPost insures registered articles, it is definitely the more secured method for mail, especially if the parcel is bulky.
Delivery
We mail items out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday unless stated otherwise. Items of which payment has been verified would be sent out the next mailing day.
As of 15th May 2010, Singpost has ceased to mail out parcels on weekends and hence, we keep our mailing days strictly to weekdays to reduce the risk of any mails lost during the weekends!
Both registered and normal mails usually reach by the next working day if the batch of parcels is sent out before 5pm on the previous.
However, normal mail may take up to 5 working days if there are complications in the mailing process or during peak periods (holidays).
If the registered parcel was delivered while nobody is at home to receive it, a notification card will be left behind for you to arrange a redelivery or to personally pick it up at a post office in your area.
With love,
